In Elcon Contractors Company we believe that, the underpinning of our success is mainly attributed to the highly competent and experienced team. We provide incentives to our staff to learn study and expose themselves to new things for both individual career growth and competence in building technology through tailor made programs in the country.
Each year we offer more than five chances to under-graduate University students for industrial and field training. We believe that, those new professionals need to be exposed to practical solutions on construction sites so as to create competent and professionally fit candidates.
